You can place your order directly at our online store with your credit card or contact us for bank details if you prefer to go with bank transfer. The product will be shipped from Shanghai/Hong Kong via FedEx/DHL Express. We need 3-5 days to prepare the product after you submit the order. It takes about 3-5 business days for delivery to most countries. We can ship the camera as a sample product on request.
What's the warranty policy?
One year warranty is provided by the manufacturer, including online technical support. Repair or replacement will be provided if the product has been detected with defects due to the craftsmanship. For detailed policy, please refer to TECHE Warranty Policy (Oversea Edition).
Do I need to pay the tax?
Life Pal Limited won't collect any tax from you and it's based in Hong Kong, but you're subject to the customs duties, which vary from countries. Typically we will declare the package to be $200-$600 if you're a personal user while full value will be declared if you're a company users.
